Zoho CRM - Vonage Connect
VonageConnect is an app that enables you to add your phone numbers to your Zoho® Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, providing a click-to-call experience with Vonage® business phone systems. Vonage® is one of the world’s largest VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol) providers, and is supported by Vonage Connect.
From Zoho CRM, you can send outbound screen pops to all your contacts in the CRM. The screen pop is an inbound/outbound screen pop that provides you with the name of the person calling and the account number associated with that phone number in your Zoho CRM.
